Consultation and consultation-dependent services. First consultation for any given illness, £75. STD see under all-in packages. First follow-up visit at the request of the doctor, no charge. Subsequent visits for the same illness £50. Referral at request of the doctor, no charge. Interpreter minimum £30 (varies with language). Chaperone minimum £30. Prescription for outside pharmacist £20 (controlled drugs, special arrangements apply). Injection £20 (plus medication). Implant £100 (plus medication). Certificate £20. Passport or similar £20. Skin test £20. Medical report or translation, minimum £60. Medico-legal report, minimum £100; report is issued only after receipt of payment. Insurance or driver medical examination, minimum £50.
